These terms govern your use of HazmatShip: Hide Air Shipping (“the app”), operated by hmtechinnovation. By installing the app you agree to them.

What the app does

The app hides or blocks delivery options at Shopify online checkout according to rules you configure (product tags, collections, keywords and destinations). It works only where Shopify runs delivery customizations; it does not apply to draft orders, POS, marketplace channels or subscription renewals.

Your responsibilities

The app is a tool to help you restrict shipping methods; it is not a hazardous-materials compliance service or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for classifying, packaging, labeling, documenting and shipping dangerous goods in line with applicable law (including U.S. DOT 49 CFR and IATA/ICAO rules) and your carriers’ agreements, for configuring and testing the app’s rules, and for fulfilling orders with compliant services.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, with any free trial shown on the plan page. You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app or changing your plan; the app stops filtering checkout when no plan is active.

Launch offer: the first 25 stores (excluding Shopify development stores) that open HazmatShip get full access free for life. The app shows this in your dashboard when it applies. It is not conditional on leaving a review and is not charged later, including if you uninstall and reinstall on the same store. Stores that open the app after the 25 places are taken use the paid plan.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided “as is”. If the app cannot read its settings, it shows all delivery options rather than blocking checkout. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, fines or penalties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.
